If we are going to ask people, in the form of our products, in the form of the things we make, to spend their heartbeats on us, on our ideas, how can we be sure, far more sure than we are now, that they spend those heartbeats wisely?
With so many blogs out there, I often find myself wondering why I am writing all this stuff. Is any of it actually useful to anyone? If someone were to ask them, would they say that it was worth spending a small portion of their life on my little website? On a more depressing note, when I am gone some day, will others stop to pause for whatever I might have done to help them?
The human in me hopes so, while the scientist wonders.
